HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS WINDOW?

Returns are accepted on all undamaged/unwashed items within 3 months of purchase (90 days).

WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO PRODUCE?

Each product is handmade to order. this ensures that when our customers receive their goods, they're the highest of standards, fresh and just-made from us.

Handmade canvases are a complex product to make, even more so with additional framing. We aim to produce the best quality for our customers. This means that occasionally orders can take up to 7 days to manufacture.

We manufacture primarily in the UK and deliver Worldwide. We appreciate your patience and look forward to bringing you even more exciting artworks in the future.

EU 5 days

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking numbers are sent out via email once your order is processed. We work to make this available to you within 7 days, but as each artwork is made to order, please allow up to 7 days for your tracking number before getting in contact.

If you still have not yet received your tracking number by email after 7 days, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us using our Contact Us page for an update.

 

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED, BUT IT'S DAMAGED

On the rare occasion when damage occurs, we strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out to you on a priority service without any fuss. Just Contact Us.

WHY HASN’T MY TRACKING UPDATED?

U.K. customers: If it’s been over 3 days since your tracking status changed, fill out our Contact Us Form and include your order number.

International customers: When shipping internationally, it’s common for tracking to stop updating for several days. If your expected order date has passed, please let us know on our Contact Us Form.

 

MY ORDER STATUS SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.

WHY ISN’T THIS PRODUCT AVAILABLE TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Due to our licensing agreements, some of our licensed products are limited to select countries.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to over 50 countries! If you cannot select your country when checking out, fill out our Contact Us Form and we will let you know if we are able to ship to your address.
